Appearance: Warmpaw has tawny-colored fur with black markings on her back and legs. Her muzzle and belly are white, and there is a brown tear mark streaming from the outer corners of her eyes.
Personality: Warmpaw is generally a very quiet, standoffish she-cat who only really shows even a hint of her softer side to her clanmates. It should also be noted that she is very wary of even some of the cats in her own clan.
History: Warmpaw was born to Flood and Blaze and was originally named Silence. At the age of three or four moons, she was separated from her family and managed to wander into LustClan territory. She was found by Sablepelt, then an aging warrior of the Clan, and brought into the Clan under the name Warmkit. She was allowed to nest with Sablepelt (even moving into the elders' den with her) until she was appointed an apprentice at the age of six moons. Her lack of familial ties to anyone LustCan, as well as the pain of losing her family at such a young age, has helped to create much of the cold, tough façade she puts on for others.
Family: Blaze – Warmpaw’s mother, a loner who hasn't been seen since Warmpaw wandered away from her family's den.
Flood – Warmpaw’s father, a loner who hasn’t been seen since Warmpaw wandered away from her family's den.

Warmpaw’s ears pricked at the sounds of the other cats stirring. One sleepy blue eye opened to see golden sunlight streaming in through the mouth of the cave as the sun rose over the horizon.
The tawny she-cat yawned and stretched lazily, working the stiffness out of her muscles and stretching her claws to dig at her bedding. Though she would have liked another moment or two of sleep, she wanted to be one of the first cats up so that she wouldn’t look lazy or unwilling to do her part in her duties today. With a final stretch of her back leg, she padded out into the clearing, dipping her head in greeting to the few other cats who were already awake.
After getting a drink from the pool and choosing a mouse and a starling from the pile, the apprentice padded quietly to the elders den, where Sablepelt was just beginning to stir.
"Good morning, Sablepelt," Warmpaw mewed softly. She laid the starling near the elder's nose before padding to lay next to her friend.
The old she-cat peeked at her through sleepy, slitted green eyes, the whiskers on her graying muzzle twitching as she meowed, "Thank you, Warmpaw. Isn't it a little early for you to be up yet?"
Warmpaw merely shrugged, not bothering to attempt to speak around her mouthful of prey.
